Mikimoto Pearl Island will be holding the following events during the summer vacation period this year.
~Kaleidoscope making experience~
You can create your own original, one-of-a-kind kaleidoscope by adding freshwater pearls.
Price: 1 set @ 800 yen (tax included)
~Strap making experience~
We make straps using freshwater pearls. You can choose from two types of pearls with different sizes. Also, we offer three different pearl colors.
Price: 1,600 yen (tax included) or 2,600 yen (tax included) per set
Event period: July 20th (Sat) to August 31st (Sat)
Reception location: Mikimoto Pearl Island Pearl Museum 2nd floor
Reception hours: 10:00 - last reception 16:00
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes each
Reservations: Not required * Accepted at any time

~Aim to be a pearl expert!~
A "Pearl Workbook" will be given to anyone who wishes to learn about pearls in a fun way.
It can be useful for your summer vacation independent study projects.
Price: Free
Location: Located near the entrance on the first floor of the Pearl Museum. Please feel free to take one.
